Inside the Facility: 25,000+ m² of Manufacturing Space
Our factory covers over 25,000 square meters, organized into distinct zones:
- R&D and Design Center
Our engineering team works here on new mechanism designs, PCB layouts, and firmware development. With 100+ patents in massage technology, this is where OEM/ODM projects begin. - Component Preparation Area
Raw materials arrive here — motors, airbags, control boards, foam, leather, and fabric. Every batch is inspected before entering the production line. - Massage Chair Assembly Lines
Dedicated lines for massage chair assembly, with stations for frame assembly, mechanism installation, airbag routing, upholstery, and electronics integration. - Portable Massager Assembly Lines
Separate lines for smaller products — neck massagers, hand massagers, foot massagers, eye massagers, and fascia guns. These lines run at higher volumes with shorter cycle times. - Quality Control and Testing Lab
Every unit passes through function testing, safety testing, and appearance inspection before packing. Our lab is equipped for motor durability testing, air pressure testing, and electrical safety verification. - Packaging and Container Loading Area
Products are packed according to destination market requirements, then loaded into 20GP or 40HQ containers. A 40HQ can hold 46-72 massage chairs depending on model.
