Forrest Launches Lean Production Initiative with Company-Wide Kickoff Rally

At 8:00 a.m. on May 29, Shenzhen Forrest Healthcare Equipment Co., Ltd. held a grand kickoff rally for its lean production management initiative at the 2A factory building. The event marked the company’s transition from a broad, traditional production management model toward a more refined lean approach, signaling a new stage in its manufacturing and operational management.

The meeting was chaired by the Director of Administration and Human Resources, Mr. Wang. A number of key company leaders attended the event, demonstrating the high level of importance the company has placed on this lean production project.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Liu, Deputy General Manager of the General Office, delivered remarks on behalf of the company. He reviewed the company’s development journey, explained the importance and necessity of implementing the lean production initiative, and shared expectations for the company’s future growth.

During the event, Assistant General Manager Mr. Tang introduced the slogan for the initiative: “Learn Lean, Practice Lean, Implement Lean for Greater Results.”

Mr. Xiong, Vice President of Operations, gave a brief introduction to the lean production program, including its key priorities, direction, and objectives.

A representative from the lean production advisory team, Mr. Yu, explained that the main goal of the project is to improve quality and efficiency. Centered on optimizing production and operational processes and strengthening the company’s operating systems, the initiative aims to use lean management as a practical tool to significantly raise the company’s overall production management standards.

On behalf of all employees, staff representative Zhou Liang delivered a formal pledge in support of the initiative. He stated that employees would fully support and cooperate with the company in implementing lean production, work actively to promote lean practices across the organization, and remain committed to achieving meaningful results. He also emphasized the determination to protect and maintain the outcomes of the project and to help carry lean management through to full implementation. His words were powerful and heartfelt, inspiring strong enthusiasm throughout the audience.

As part of the initiative, the company established six dedicated project teams and appointed department heads as team leaders. Mr. Liu presented official letters of appointment to the leaders of each project team.

At the close of the event, all employees, led by the host, repeated the lean production slogan together: “Learn Lean, Practice Lean, Implement Lean for Greater Results.” With this spirited and energetic declaration, the company’s lean production kickoff rally came to a successful conclusion.

Following the ceremony, managers eagerly signed a written statement of commitment to the initiative.
